The Carriage Barn is a stunning venue to host your non-profit events and functions. Sorry, rentals for private parties are not permitted.
Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2007
Rental Fee -$650
Rental is calculated for a six hour period from 5p.m. - 11p.m.
Any overage will be charged on a per hour basis and partial hours can be prorated. Time required for set up and breakdown by Renter shall be included in time charged.
A deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is due with contract.
Available for your use are:
*Tables - (6) 8 foot, (1) 6 foot, and (2) 4 foot
*Chairs - 200
*Grand Piano
*5 changer CD player
Renters must supply their own table linens
Additional Information:
Insurance - The renting organization is responsible for any property damage to the building or to any artwork on display. The renter must show evidence of adequate insurance against potential liability for personal injury and property damage while using the Carriage Barn. Renter must file a Certificate of Insurance showing liablility coverage with minimum limits of $250,000/$500,000 for personal injury and $100,000 for property damage, of $500,000 combined single limit.
Cancellations are required two weeks before the event date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Groups of 50 people or more serving alcohol must hire a police officer.
